DIRECTIONS:

Sumter is located in the South Carolina's Midlands region

which is east of the geographical heart of the state ideally situated just

a short drive from I-95, I-20 and I-26. US highways 521,378,76,15 also 

run through the city.  378 is probably the most convenient way to approach Sumter

form I-95 (exit 135) to the east or I-77 (exit 9) west of the city.
